All our term and conditions will state here according to category

Terms And Conditions for Day Tours

  1. Reservation for day tours, at least 24 hours prior to departure. For over night tours, should be made at least 72 hours in advance and subject to room available.

  2. Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, a cancellation charge of 50% of tour fee will be composed.

  3. No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced, ground transportation or any other services.

  4. The organizer reserved the right to amend tour rates specified on this leaflet without notice.

  5. We highly recommend all tour members to purchase accident, baggage and general liability insurance to protect their travel plan.

  6. All the above rates are quote in RINGGIT MALAYSIA. and subject to change

  7. For 1 person, we can quote based on 2 person rates if we have other guests joining, but the guest have to pay for single supplement for the accommodation for overnight tour or 50% surcharge for non overnight tour package .

  8. Private tours still can be arranged on request based on 50% surcharge on the above rate (min 2 pax).

  9. Tour are strictly on SIC (Sit In Coach) basis.

  10. NIL = No meals provided, B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner

  11. The company reserves the right to change or cancel should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.

  13. The organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten their duration of any tour in event of force injury, hostilities, accident or other circumstance beyond the control of the organizer which render unnecessary in the organizer reasonable opinion that such step to be taken. The organizer shall be relieved from all liability for any injury, damage, loss, and accident with any serious injury resulting directly or indirectly from acts if God. Strike and Government regulations, theft, failure of any means, discrepancies or charges of which it has no control.

  14. Every person participates in any tour or holiday organized by the company shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his / her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other travelers

  15. Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited and covers by our insurance company. unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid.



Booking Terms And Conditions for Mt climbing
  1. Reservation for the above Mt climbing package, at least 30days prior to departure subject to room available.

  2. Important note : Booking for the Mt Climbing package are subject to availability and a minimum RM100 booking fee for each person is required upon booking and non refundable

  3. 30% Deposit made after the accommodation confirmed ( 7 days prior from the date of invoice / confirmation)

  4. The balance payment to be made at least 7 days before the date of arrival

  5. Full payment for any booking less than 14 days and subject to available

  14. The above rate effective 18 JAN 08 until 31 DEC 2008

  18. Tours are inclusive of meals, transfer, accommodation, entrance fee, climbing permit fee, climbing insurance , certificate fee , Mt guide fee is stated in the package.

  19. TOUR FARE EXCLUDES Excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, beverages, gratuities to drivers and escorts and all other items of a personal nature; and optional tours. Tips for drivers and guides (at your discretion). Admission fees not included in the package .

  20. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS for Sandakan Tour

Validity

This contract and the rates are effective 1 April 2011 -  31 March 2012, unless otherwise specified. This contract shall not take effect until such time our company . received a signed copy of this contract. However, commencement of booking will signify acceptance of the General terms and Conditions ofour company . And the rates applicable to the booking period.

Rates and Prices

  1. All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

  2. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice at the entire discretion of the Management.

  3. All rates committed to your establishment are confidential and should not be published at any time to a third party for any reason purpose.

  4. All package tours are subject to availability at time of reservation.

  5. The above rates are only applicable for reservations made directly through

  6. WE reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or services for the comfort and safety of the guest or for circumstances beyond our control.

  7. This agreement is only valid when a copy is returned duly signed and stamped.

Deposit, Invoicing and Payment

  1. may send invoices either by fax, electronic mail or ordinary mail.

  2. It is agreed and declared that the proper law of the Agreement is the law of Malaysia and that any disputes, actions or other matters arising hereunder shall be determined in a court of law in Malaysia in accordance with the laws and procedures of Malaysia and under any circumstances. Payment amount received must be as per invoice amount due to our company

  3. All bookings and confirmation requested must be replied by fax or email. Detailed information is required for efficient handling, ie, name of client, arrival/departure, specific tours, transfer, accommodation, and meals, etc.

Responsibility

Our company act as a tour operator in Sandakan Sabah accepts no responsibility for losses, damages, accident, additional expenses due to delay or changes in flight, sickness, weather, quarantine, strikes, war, revolts, and acts of terrorism, political commotion, caused by or arising from circumstances beyond our control. It is highly recommended that your clients purchase their own personal travel insurance.

Cancellation procedures:

  1. Our company must be notified in writing by fax or email of any cancellation.
  2. Our company will not entertain request for waiver of cancellation charges or refunds (where applicable) for non-compliance of this procedure.
  3. Any last minute cancellation (less than 24hours) will be automatically imposed with a cancellation fee of 100% of the contracted rate.
  4. Cancellation for Tours and Transfer :
    • 7 to14 days        -   50 % cancellation charges.
    • Less than 7 days - 100 % cancellation charges.

Refund

No refunds will be entertained for any unused portion of the tour or "NO SHOW" After commencement of tour, no refund, in full or in part, will be given for services included in the program that are not utilized.

Family

As a general rule, a child is an individual above 2 years and below 12 years and infant is defined as an individual up to 2 years old.
